It is important to distinguish between a complete project and one that we provide. The overall project includes photography, concept phase, 3D visualisations, detailed furniture drawings, decorative elements, finishing works, a complete bill of quantities and sometimes author supervision during execution. Because this service requires time and resources, its price is 3 to 5 times higher than ours. This, of course, has its limitations. We have tried to reduce them to a minimum and provide as much information as possible so that you can manage without our personal help.

Our mission since then has been to make beautiful and functional projects for our customers that they fall in love with. And it's been working flawlessly ever since. Homely is our new service, with which we want to help more people get a quality solution and an opportunity for a better home.

First of all, you get a professional and beautiful solution for your home. It consists of a layout with furniture, ceiling plan, flooring, wall coverings, lighting positions, technical drawings for all custom furniture, specific proposals for all of this, retail outlets to buy it from, and at a DISCOUNT ! If you want, you can also order visualisations for your project.

In most cases, if you buy everything on the list for your project, the amount saved will be SEVERAL times the amount you paid for the project.

On the home page, we have prepared a video about how a home is measured. After you capture it you can apply with another colour some changes that you want. For example, moving walls, specific places for wardrobes, kitchen, sofas and other furniture. We will comply with your requirements.

If you want to move walls in your home, you can draw it on the layout you submit and we will reflect it in the project.

Don't worry, if you don't like an item or a colour, you can tell the salesperson at the store and they will offer you an alternative solution, keeping your right of a discount.
In case you want to get a custom correction directly from us, you can choose our Plus package and pre-pay for a second custom design option, saving 50% of its value. In this way, you can return the received project to us with specific comments and we will revise it, taking them into account!

The price of the visualisations includes a second round with comments/corrections (change of models, colours or lighting). If there is a complete change in the entire concept, which has already been made and approved by the client, then the new visualisation is paid additionally at a price of BGN 100/image.

If you want to add something to the project, you can share it with the salesperson in the store, and they will help you with your choice and professional opinion.

If a certain item is not available, the merchant may offer an alternative offer or a longer delivery time if there is an option for the item to be manufactured or delivered. Of course, the discount will apply in both cases.

Discounts are different for different merchants, starting from 5% and can reach up to 20%.

Some merchants reserved the right to renegotiate the amount of the discount if the requested product is on sale. For example, if the discount is 10% and the promotion is 7%, the merchant will give the remaining 3% to the Homely customer to reach a total discount of 10%. In the event that the promotion is at a greater discount than the discount, the merchant has the right to refuse the additional discount to Homely customers.

For your convenience, most of the partners we work with have retail outlets in major cities in Bulgaria or online stores from which you can order the specific items.

If you have decided to order online, you must write a letter to the merchant at the e-mail indicated on the page. In the letter, attach your project from Homely and write which item you want to buy, along with delivery details. The merchant will get back to you to confirm the order or let you know if there are any additional details.
